Review prices, quotes, credit deductions, refunds and purchase records.
Check the quote before submitting
Section titled “Check the quote before submitting”Open Pricing for the public price guide and Billing for your balance and entries. Prices and availability can change; the workspace quote for your selected source, tool and parameters is the amount to review before submitting.
Videos depend on output pixels and frame count. Standard video upscaling costs 10 credits per U, with a 50-credit minimum. One U is one second of 1920×1080 output at 30fps. Enhanced image upscaling costs 15 credits plus 4 credits per output megapixel, rounded up once, with a 30-credit minimum. Animated upscaling costs 10 credits plus 10 credits per U, with a 50-credit minimum. Other image tools can use output pixel tiers, and some detection operations use a fixed task charge. A larger scale or frame rate can increase the quote.
Deductions and refunds
Section titled “Deductions and refunds”The task cost is deducted when the task is created. Failed tasks and confirmed cancellations are refunded through settlement. Requesting cancellation is not the same as a confirmed canceled task: a task that finishes first can still be charged.
Purchased and promotional credits
Section titled “Purchased and promotional credits”Purchased credits do not expire under the current credit system. Promotional credits can have an expiry date and are used first while valid. Check the balance breakdown for the remaining promotional amount and its expiry.
Refunds preserve the original credit-lot rules; they do not extend the expiry of a promotional grant.
Purchases and currency
Section titled “Purchases and currency”The global edition is priced in USD, regardless of interface language. $1 buys 600 base credits. The $5 / $10 / $20 / $50 / $150 credit packs provide 3,000 / 6,300 / 13,200 / 34,500 / 108,000 credits including bonuses. Online USD payments are not connected yet, so these packs cannot currently be purchased. Subscriptions and enterprise cash prices remain previews.
Payment methods, purchase amounts and bonuses are shown in the purchase dialog. Do not assume a static documentation example is an active offer. If payment has completed but the balance has not updated, reopen the existing order and inspect its status before paying again.
Balances and purchases are separate between the global and China editions.
