Video enhancement

Understand video upscaling, interpolation, color, portrait and detection workflows.

Tool What it does
Video upscale (video-sr) Increase frame dimensions
Video color (video-color) Adjust color, with face protection
Interpolation (interpolation) Generate intermediate frames toward an available target frame rate
Watermark removal (watermark) Repair marked regions after reviewing the mask
Portrait restoration (video-person) Process portraits frame by frame
AI detection (detect) Return a detection report
AI score reduction (attack) Apply processing intended to reduce an AI detection score

Check the output width, height, frame rate and duration before submission. For the current RelayVSR video engine, small inputs may offer only 4×; use the options shown by the workspace. Interpolation offers supported targets such as 30, 60 or 120 fps when suitable for the source.

Longer clips, larger output frames and more frames can increase the cost and processing time. Some tools have shorter duration limits than video upscaling. The quote reports the relevant limits for your selection.

Check cuts, fast motion, faces and thin edges. Interpolation may introduce artifacts near occlusions or cuts. Color and portrait tools change appearance, so compare a representative section before committing to longer footage.

A detection score is a model estimate, not proof of a video’s origin. Scores may differ between detectors and after editing. Score-reduction processing does not guarantee a particular result on another detector.
